Highly recommend Steve for any project. He has completed numerous projects for us over the years - refinishing our bathrooms, drywalling our basement, building a small barn - just to name a few projects. He is responsive, timely, and reasonably priced.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Steve and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, communication was excellent, and we always knew what to expect throughout the project. He was professional, punctual, and completed the work on time as promised.

The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished product. He also kept the work area clean and organized throughout the entire process, which we greatly appreciated.

Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional remodeling company. Thank you for making the process so smooth and stress-free!

Easy to work with. Very knowledgeable in contracting. If he doesn't know he has someone that does. Works with you closely, handles changes easily. Cautious with cost. Steve and his crew does excellent work and very clean. Would definitely use again. 5 star.

Super lucky to have found a professional like Steve. We moved to this area without knowing who to trust and bought a home which needed a complete remodel. Steve is very knowledgeable, honest, shows up on time, fairly priced, polite, and does good work. I am very fussy when it comes to how things look and how my money is being spent. I have to be involved throughout the entire design/construction process and Steve has been amazingly patient and kind throughout the whole project. I will keep calling him for his help. He’s awesome!

Steve built a beautiful deck for us. It’s 10 ft by 40 ft. He did it in just over a week. We couldn’t be happier and will hire Steve again for future projects.

Steve rescued our deck project after we were left high and dry by another contractor. He recently remodeled our master bathroom into a handicapped friendly bathroom. It is beautiful. His team are all friendly, competent, and obliging. They are a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.

I don't know where to start with Steve but it would have to be character. I had 4 other bids on my deck before I met Steve. First he has amazing prices and his personality and absolutely genuine and real. I knew instantly I wanted him to build my deck because I knew he would put care into what he does. He made the whole process pain free and the whole process (permit, install and inspection) took only a week. Absolutely great guy who I will use again for future home projects. I promise you, you will not be disappointed in Steve Manion performing work for you.

Over the years we've hired many handymen/contractors and Steve is right up there as one of the best. He was responsive and very professional in every way. His helper too. Of the three we interviewed for this last project he was also best priced on most items. We needed exterior house cleaning; a new maintenance free hand rail at the front porch, new trim around windows and also chimney wrapping, etc. All projects were done perfectly and as promised. We finally found someone we can rely upon and are thrilled. And Steve's a very nice guy too!
